Fort Carson - Cyber Awareness & Technology Day

For the past 41 years, the Federal Business Council has produced thousands of symposiums, expositions, training forums, and conferences, both on-site and off, for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and civilian agencies. 2016 stands to improve upon our schedule, with over 100 events planned.

Join us on October 26, 2017 for the Fort Carson - Cyber Awareness & Technology Day! Exhibits will be open from 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs. There is no fee to attend and complimentary lunch will be provided.

The Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) - Colorado Springs Chapter (http://www.issa-cos.org) will once again host the 7th Annual Cyber Security & Information Technology Days at Fort Carson on Thursday, October 27, 2016. The event is being conducted in October to coincide with National Cyber Security Awareness Month as a way to encourage collaboration between local military personnel and industry partners.

Government and Industry experts will be on hand to brief attendees on the latest trends, best practices and remediation strategies in the cyber security field. This one day forum will offer Cyber Security & Information Technology personnel a unique, local opportunity to get up-to-date informaton on rapidly evolving security security challenges.

Exhibit & Speaking Opportunities:

There will also be an exhibit hall held in conjunction with the educational briefs. All companies with cyber security and emerging information technology products, services and capabilities are invited to participate.

Three Speaking opportunities are also available. All Cyber Security topics will be considered 

About Fort Carson:

Fort Carson is the home of the 4th Infantry Division, the 10th Special Forces Group, the 71st Ordnance Group (EOD), the 4th Engineer Battalion, the 759th Military Police Battalion, the 10th Combat Support Hospital, the 43rd Sustainment Brigade, and the 13th Air Support Operations Squadron of the United States Air Force. The post also hosts units of the Army Reserve, Navy Reserve and the Colorado Army National Guard.
