AFFIRM Monthly Speaker Series: Spearheading Reform: Meeting the Mission Amidst Change

Join AFFIRM on Thursday, September 14, as we kick off our monthly speaker series for the 2017-2018 program year.

Government agencies are under increasing pressure from tight budgets, shifting policy, and the impact of new leadership within their agencies and the country.  Despite these challenges, public sector organizations strive to improve performance against the agency mission, to well and nobly service the citizens of the United States.

This panel discussion will delve into these factors impeding government effectiveness and how agencies are driving deep and significant performance improvement in an era of seismic change.
