Following the panel, a Speed Mentoring break-out session with 15 other senior executive leaders that gives young professionals an opportunity to ask career questions/advice, connect, and build one-on-one relationships with the local leaders on a more intimate level which will enhance personal engagement, foster future mentoring relationships, and enrich the young professionals network. This unique event provides Young AFCEANs with the opportunity to both network and sit side-by-side with these accomplished leaders.
