Fort Belvoir Procurement Forum

The Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce invites regional Small Business Federal Contractors to its first Government Contracting event of 2011. This must attend event focuses on DoD growth opportunities for small businesses, workshops on hot areas in DoD procurement and access to ARMY and DoD agencies located at Fort Belvoir.

Small businesses will be able to learn how to engage with ARMY tenants, understand mission requirements, identify government contacts and teaming partners to better position their companies for contracts.  Attendees will be able to network throughout the day between workshops with exhibitors to learn more about the Fort Belvoir procurement community, contracting administrators and small business representatives.

Who will benefit from attending?
The Forum attracts 250 small-medium Federal Contractors, Large Primes and procurement officials. Businesses seeking new DoD growth opportunities at Fort Belvoir would best benefit from attending. Workshops will be provided to address all variety of business needs - start-up and veteran contracting businesses are each strongly encouraged to attend.
