Los Angeles Benefits Conference



The Los Angeles Benefits Conference provides an opportunity to discuss employee benefit issues with colleagues and local, regional and national government representatives from the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. The program focuses on exchanging information and educating attendees about current regulatory, legislative, administrative and actuarial topics.

The Los Angeles Benefits Conference will be a Paper-less Conference
This conference will be a paper-less conference. Instead of printed copies of session handouts, full conference attendees will receive access to audio recordings and session handouts. Registered attendees will receive a link and a specialized conference password to access the outlines before, during and after the conference to download the outlines. Registration materials, including an Attendee List and Conference Booklet will still be printed and available at the Registration Desk.

Before the conference
— Full conference attendees will receive a link and a specialized conference password to access the outlines for printing and download prior to arriving at the conference. Please note that handouts are posted as they are submitted so please check back periodically for updates!

During the conference
— Attendees are strongly encouraged to print and/or download the handouts prior to arriving at the conference, as business center printers and computer usage tend to be expensive. You can also download the presentations to your laptop and follow along with the speaker using your computer.

After the conference
— Full conference attendees will receive access to MP3s of session recordings and session presentations.

Please note that if you do not check-in at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge and other registration materials, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Conference Booklet
A Conference Booklet will be available on-site that will include a detailed conference schedule, speaker biographies and a Sponsor/Exhibitor listing. Be sure to pick up a copy to make the most of your conference experience.

Attendee List
An Attendee List will be available on-site at the Registration Desk. To respect the privacy of our attendees, electronic copies are not available.
