Tyndall AFB, FL Government Purchasing Vendor Symposium



- Tables will cost $250 each until 13 February. From 14 February to 26 February, tables will cost $300. No refunds will be given after 20 February

 

- Cards will be charged on 20 February for those who RSVP prior to that date. All who RSVP after will be charged case-by-case

 

- Horizons will be open at 0700 before the event to set up and receipts will be provided at check-in

 

- Outside food is not allowed inside Horizons Club. Oasis Sports Lounge and Raptor Refuel Smoothie & Coffee Bar will be open during the event

 

- Do not have anything delivered to the Horizons Club on Tyndall AFB. If you need supplies delivered, the closest UPS store is located at 390 South Tyndall Parkway, Panama City, FL 32404

 

- For those wishing to travel into the area the day prior to the event, Tyndall AFB Lodging can be contacted at (850) 283-4210. As space availability may vary, there are also a number of hotels located off-base on Tyndall Parkway
