Agile in Government Summit

Agile in Government is the annual event where experts address the evolving role of agile approaches in Government organizations.  Increasingly we have to balance the speed of mission need and ability to change and innovate with organizational process and methodology rigor.

This year we explore the dimensions of agile: project and program execution; organizations and portfolios; large teams, teams-of-teams; and trends in commercial practice.  The role of agile in digital transformation of Government and its increased application of lean start-up principles in the context of digital acceleration are addressed.  Influenced by moving to the cloud and advancing adoption of DevOps practices, organizations are looking at how to achieve enterprise agility, and to even comprehend what that means, in the context of new digital environments.
