Jason has a master's degree in information systems from the London School of Economics, a master's degree in organization development & strategic human resource from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from George Washington University.

Jen is the Vice President of Client Success at Tri Tuns and leads teams in accelerating software adoption and driving customer success. Jen has 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Her passion is developing and implementing solutions that help stakeholders embrace change and experience real value from their IT investments.
