This course will cover how to effectively administer a contract from the initial award to final closeout. Successful administration of contracts: problem avoidance, day-to-day operating practices, performance monitoring systems, early detection and correction of nonperformance, payment, contract modifications and working relationships.
You’ll learn proven practices for getting contracts off to a solid start, keeping them on track and handling every problem that arises. You will also gain basic knowledge of the procurement process to effectively manage your company contract administration.

Ms. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Proposal Development, and Business Management. Human Resource experience encompasses training and development, career development; policy development and employee relations; corporate, exempt/non-exempt recruitment and employment law, job development, technical recruitment, benefits, and general corporate administration, project administration and management, and office administration. Provides business services and business coaching. Ms. Wilson has recent working knowledge of the USERRA and Department of Labor and DOJ guidelines.
