Success with Data Analysis Case Study in Marketing Online Services

The "Success with Data Analysis" series will demonstrate how a state agency is effectively using data to inform operational decisions. The content will be beneficial to agency program and business staff as well as technical staff interested in developing successful data-based programs.

All in government are consistently faced with 'doing more with less'. This session will illustrate how DTF identified and acted on a project which maximized the utilization of existing information and tools. The project resulted in measurable increases in service usage and in appreciable cost and personnel savings.

The Agenda will include their process for:

  • Identifying the opportunity
  • Developing the plan
  • The role data played in the project
  • How to reach and influence the target audience
  • Measuring progress and outcomes
Registration is open to NYS Forum Government members. Pre-registration is required. Registration indicates your intent to attend. If you register and your
schedule changes making you UNABLE to attend, please contact us so that we
