California Contracting/Acquisition/Procurement (C-CAP) Expo



The California Contracting/Acquisition/Procurement (C-CAP) Expo (formerly named Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Industry Day Event) will be hosted by the Ridgecrest Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (RACVB) at the Kerr McGee Center, 100 West California Avenue, Ridgecrest, CA on 7-8 November 2018. The objective of this event is to enhance NAWCWD-Industry collaboration in support of Naval Aviation and the Warfighter.

 

The 8 November agenda will include introductory presentations by NAWCWD leadership, forecasted contracting opportunities for FY19 FY20 and FY21 and discussions on the use of Commercial Service Agreements (CSA) and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA).

 

The Industry Day Event is open to all industry representatives whose companies can provide products and services to NAWCWD or are interested in the use of a CSA or CRADA.

 

Who Should Attend?

  • Federal contractors (large and small) that are interested in NAWCWD contracting and subcontracting opportunities representing all industries. 
  • Companies interested in partnering with NAWCWD in efforts jointly shared and funded through the use of a CRADA. 
  • Commercial customers interested in using NAWCWD‘s extensive research, development, acquisition, test and evaluation capabilities through the use of a CSA. 
  • Representatives from Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses.
