TechNet-Aero Conference & Career Fair 2011

The Dayton-Wright AFCEA Chapter has been successful throughout the years raising over $1.5M in scholarships and educational grants thanks to our outstanding industry and government supporters. Our annual conference, created over 20 years ago, provides an environment for advancing professional knowledge as well as offering an ethical forum where government, industry and academia can bridge the gap between military requirements and industry capabilities.

This year, in an effort to improve and encourage national participation, we have aligned with AFCEA International and created a new conference -- TechNet-Aero 2011! Originally named AeroTech, the new name strategically aligns us with International, as they have been utilizing "TechNet" in conjunction with products and services for over two decades. The name preserves our regions designation as the State of Ohio's Aerospace Hub and will facilitate greater recognition, attracting attendees from around the country. With such a dynamic market in the Dayton/Wright Patterson area, this strategic alliance will undoubtedly help us to expand our reach, leveraging on a greater audience, creating a nationally recognized conference.
