These candidates have the best training and experiences in their field of expertise.

Norfolk, Virginia Hiring Conference Includes:

• A 30 minute block of time the afternoon prior to the interviews, to familiarize the candidates with your company and the positions for which they will be interviewing (highly recommended, but not required).
• Pre-screened, qualified, and suitably matched Military Technicians recruited specifically for your hiring needs.
• A private and professional interview setting at the hotel. 
• Personalized attention to ensure the best in customer service, including insight on the candidates and advice on the most effective hiring strategy. 
• "14 Days...Done!" Our goal is that within 14 days of the conference our candidates will have completed the hiring process and accepted your offer.

• Hiring fee (applicable only upon hiring). Previously negotiated contract rate.
