The P3 Federal Conference

Public-private partnerships (P3s) are delivering critical infrastructure across the country. Today partnerships are helping communities and public agencies address their longstanding transportation, water, energy, and social infrastructure challenges.

This year we focus on P3 education, financing, policy, and networking for an audience of public representatives, project owners, and industry leaders.  The program this November 27-28 provides detailed, technical P3 training; while reviewing new initiatives, best practices, and upcoming P3 projects nationwide.

The program examines how P3s can be used to improve infrastructure delivery, address deferred O&M, bring public property into good repair, provide options for smaller communities, and economically deliver critical projects of different sizes.

This year's agenda examines policies needed to further investment in the U.S. while analyzing contract structures and financing mechanisms available. Through discussions with agency leaders, legislators, and P3 experts we explore the role of P3's, needed policy changes, and best practices for successful partnerships.
