AUSA's ILW Army Installations Symposium & Exposition

This symposium will bring together IMCOM personnel from around the world to discuss the current state of the Installation Management Community’s Campaign Plan (IMCP). The IMCP represents the combined strategy for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM), the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM), and the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment) (ASA IE&E)). The Campaign Plan provides the vision, strategy and way ahead for providing the programs, services and facilities that support Soldiers and Families.

In addition, the symposium will provide a professional development forum that will facilitate engagement with the Installation Management Community and provide opportunities to discuss key issues regarding energy and environment sustainability, financial sustainability, and human capital sustainability.
IMCOM participants will include:

• Garrison Commanders
• Deputy Garrison Commanders
• Directorate of Human Resources (DHR)
• Directorate of Public Works (DPW)
• Directorate of Resource Management (DRM)
• Directors, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM)
• Region Chiefs of Staff
• Senior Executive Leadership (SEL)
• U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC)
• U.S. Army Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command (FMWRC)

The 2011 AUSA Army Installations symposium promises to be a great interactive and informative opportunity for military, civilians, contractors, and industry.
