Securing Federal Identity 2019 – This highly focused, high-energy event will feature federal government identity and security policy issues and technology developments for today’s federal agencies and federal market security leaders. The select group of government and industry speakers on the agenda and large number of security companies in our exhibit area will highlight the present and future direction of the government’s efforts to manage identities and secure access across all federal agencies. Don’t miss this year’s event, the best venue to learn, communicate and network with fellow government security industry colleagues!
You are invited to join government, security executives and industry leaders for a one and a half day showcase featuring comprehensive coverage of efforts toward strong authentication technology using PIV credentials and mobile devices in government identity programs. Building off of 17 years of successful Secure Technology Alliance government conferences, Securing Federal Identity 2019 has a new, updated format, bringing together the most important developments, innovations and experts in federal identity credentialing and access security.
Mobile Identity Workshop – This workshop will provide a deep dive into two mobile identity credential initiatives – mobile driver’s licenses and the Federal government’s use of mobile identity solutions – and explore how they can be used in various use cases.
Mobile devices offer a rich and secure platform for storing identity credentials and using them for authentication purposes. Implementation approaches vary across industry sectors on how identity credentials are provisioned and used and what technologies are used to store and present the credential. The workshop will also look at current commercial standards and practices for using mobile identity credentials for online authentication.
