Our program will feature Stephanie Shutt, Director, Multiple Awards Schedules(MAS) Program Office, General Services Administration.

 

Under Ms. Shutt's leadership, GSA’s initiative to consolidate its 24 Multiple Awards Schedules into one streamlined contract vehicle is well underway.  The $31B annual schedules program allows agencies to purchase more than 10M commercial products and services.

 

Ms. Shutt will expand on the initiative’s progress to date, the recent RFIs, industry’s input on the schedules format, terms and conditions, SINs, clauses and provisions to be eliminated.

Stephanie Shutt is the Director of GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program Management Office (PMO). Ms. Shutt is responsible for overseeing the agency's $30+ billion schedule program currently consisting of 24 schedules, offering commercial products and services to agencies government-wide. 

 

Ms. Shutt ensures GSA’s Schedule program continually addresses current market forces and provides the federal government with a streamlined,value-based contracting solution that continues to save time and money well into the future. She is also responsible for the recently announced MAS transformation effort to consolidate the 24 separate schedules into a single schedule by 2020.

 

Ms. Shutt most recently served as a Project Manager within the MAS PMO leading GSAs Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) initiative. TDR supports the government-wide category management initiatives by producing market intelligence used by GSA and its partner agencies to make smarter acquisition decisions and save taxpayer dollars.
