Workforce Planning Conference

With the continuing uncertainty and accelerated change that defines our current era, companies are being challenged to think about and prepare for the skills and capabilities they will need for the future. At the same time, the demographics and competitive arena present challenges in securing and retaining the critical job groups and talent needed to drive strategy. Workforce planning is more and more top of mind to the senior and talent minded executives including HR.

But workforce planning is not new for most organizations – many have been successful in their prior journey with mapping the workforce plan to the business but others feel their workforce planning process has been mostly operational and mired in a past era. It’s time to take a fresh evaluation of what is working, what is missing, and what can be improved in this important arena. The focus of this conference is making workforce planning more than numbers on a page and more of a key driver in a strategic organizational plan by providing a provocative mix of practitioner case studies and panel discussions that illuminate and spark ideas for those currently engaged in workforce planning who want to make this fresh evaluation of their workforce planning process for the future.
