Keeping The Promise 2011

KEEPING THE PROMISE (KTP) 2011—CORPORATE AMERICA CONTINUES ITS MARCH TOWARD MEETING THE NEEDS OF DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES

Following on the remarkable success of KTP 2010, two corporate sponsors have stepped up to ensure that service disabled veteran-owned businesses are given the chance to grow their businesses and provide a strong financial lifestyle for themselves and their families.

In 2011 McKesson and CVS Caremark will be our Title Sponsors for this superlative event. The California Department of General Services will continue as the State Agency that leads state participation.

Robert Brown, the president of the host agency, California Disabled Veterans Business Alliance, stated “we want to double the size of this event to give maximum exposure to our disabled veteran businesses and the strong support team which includes corporate America, local and state government agencies, as-well-as representatives from the entertainment community.”

KTP 2011 expects to double last year’s attendance with 500 certified California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), 100 out-of-state Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Businesses (SDVOB)/Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and 120 exhibitors participating.

The two-day KTP 2011 exposition will be held on 23 and 24 May at the Los Angeles (LAX) Marriott in sunny Southern California. We encourage 2011 KTP attendees to visit
the KTP Expo website at www.ktpexpo.org.
