NJRA RTI Course - Real Estate Project Feasibility

This course has been approved for 8 hours of Certification Maintenance credits by The American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).  

During this two-day course you will participate in a comprehensive review of the assessment that takes place prior to the acquisition or development of commercial property.  You will learn how to conduct an analysis on various real estate development projects to identify the magnitude of the risk, and based on that assessment, make a decision on whether or not to move forward with the development project.
