The Senior Executives Association Professional Development League (SEA PDL) has been providing high quality, innovative professional development to the career federal executive corps since 1981.  SEA PDL is a non-profit education organization committed to advancing the professionalism of career federal executives through the sponsorship of training, recognition and research activities. The Annual
Career Executive Leadership Conference is designed to keep executives’ knowledge up to the minute and strengthen those skills necessary to succeed in today’s ever-changing government.

The conference is open to all members of the Senior Executive Service and those in equivalent positions, such as Senior Level, and Scientific and Professional, as well as to candidates who are preparing for entry into the executive service.
