About the Speakers
 Jason Northcutt
Jason Northcutt is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Sheppard Mullin's Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Northcutt's practice focuses on counseling private equity sponsors and companies of all sizes in the defense, intelligence, IT and professional services markets. He is a member of the firm's Aerospace & Defense Task Force and the Private Equity Industry Team. He has extensive experience in advising both industry players in complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations and restructurings. He also advises companies on corporate governance and general corporate matters.  

Lucantonio Salvi
Lucantonio Salvi is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Sheppard Mullin's Washington, D.C. and Brussels offices. Lucantonio is a founding member and co-chair of the firm's Aerospace & Defense Task Force and the head of the Private Equity Industry Team at the Firm. Lucantonio's practice focuses on counseling strategic and financial sponsors in the aerospace & defense industry in a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures, financings, recapitalizations and restructurings. He has advised both domestic and foreign clients across the A&D market, including Northrop Grumman, The Carlyle Group,Providence Equity Partners, L-1 Identity Solutions, Altegrity, Arlington Capital Partners, DRS, Microtecnica and many others.
