Social Security Administration Emergency Preparedness Day 2009

Hosted by the Office of Facilities Management/Office of Emergency Preparedness (DCBFM/OFM/OEP), Emergency Preparedness Day will inform employees and contractors about how to better organize themselves and their loved ones to prepare for disaster type situations. Speakers include a representative from the Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), Social Security Administration Office of Protective Services, and the Office of Emergency Preparedness. The event speakers will be introduced by the Deputy Commissioners from the Office of the Deputy Commissioners for Budget, Finance and Management at the Social Security Administration. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their emergency response products and services to SSA employees. This is an agency-wide event that is expected to draw over 200 participants. Exhibitors can attend sessions as well.
