VMware Edge Network Intelligence (ENI) is a machine learning-based analytics engine built to monitor and diagnose problems with access layer devices and applications in real time. ENI uses machine learning to understand, baseline, and diagnose problems with end user devices. Out of the box, ENI has full awareness of wireless connectivity to track both standard compute devices as well as embedded devices such as price scanners. ENI follows connectivity at every level from authentication to wireless signal strength. The custom machine learning algorithms enable ENI to monitor and tracking application specific operations to provide deep insight into application performance and troubleshooting.
