Speaker and Presenter Information

Larry Allen, President, Allen Federal Business Partners Larry Allen has over 20 years' experience in government acquisition. He has provided critical information and advice to most of the top 10 federal contractors doing business with the government today. His relationships in, and knowledge of, the federal contracting arena are second to none. He is routinely sought out by contractors, investment firms and other consultants to provide expert insight into various aspects of the federal market, including spending trends, market leaders, acquisition policy, and the opportunities to shape federal acquisition via coordinated government affairs campaigns. Jason Workmaster, McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP Jason N. Workmaster focuses his practice on government contracts-related litigation, including civil False Claims Act (“FCA”) cases, bid protests, and contract disputes. He has represented a host of clients in these types of cases in U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Government Accountability Office. He routinely represents prospective or current GSA Schedule contractors with regard to their pricing disclosures and contract compliance. With regard to disputes between contractors and the federal government, Mr. Workmaster has extensive experience litigating such cases before the federal boards of contract appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. These cases have involved complex termination and cost allowability issues. Mr. Workmaster also has experience litigating cases, brought in U.S. District Court, involving disputes between contractors under federal government contracts. Outside of the litigation context, Mr. Workmaster has assisted clients with drafting teaming agreements and subcontracts and with conducting due diligence reviews and internal compliance investigations.
