In today’s climate, we must make smarter IT investments that are responsive to federal mission and citizen expectations. GSA IT’s mission, vision, goals have remained the same, but the pace and volume of work continue to expand. We continue to engage our employees and customers to understand how GSA IT excels and where we can improve our services. These efforts and COVID-19 pandemic have underscored the importance of digital technologies based  on building economic and social resilience through strategic, agile and innovative government approaches. Digital government will play a vital role in our ability to support our organization and other federal agencies make some foundational shifts.

GSA IT implemented a number of customer and infrastructure enhancements over the last several years that have allowed us to strategically or effectively respond to federal and environmental changes,  In order to keep pace with changing digital technologies and expanding GSA business, we have identified key digital enablers and digital innovations adoption that requires a GSA IT 2.0.

GSA IT plans to lead the charge on the use of digital tools and data to improve the delivery of public value. The purpose of this event is to discuss how we plan to strengthen our capabilities, enhance our ability to react promptly to business shifts and user experience design customer to achieve a digital government.

Join David Shive, Beth Killoran, and Erika Dinnie for an intimate panel discussion on GSA’s Digital Transformation journey. We will discuss our new innovative IT support contract, organizational design, and digital transformation plans during this session.
