Loudoun County Cybersecurity Professionals Virtual Meetup

Launching in March 2021, this Meetup will provide opportunities for cybersecurity professional development and networking for anybody in the greater Loudoun County, VA area. We’re open to cyber practitioners, consultants, trainers, policymakers, software vendors, students, etc. This conversation is intended as an informal forum for the people who have knowledge of the current state, status, challenges, successes, and emerging topics in government cybersecurity technologies.  These conversations’ purpose is to take the place of past opportunities to engage in casual conversation with fellow IT professionals to discuss the current topics surrounding their expertise.

We’ll meet in a virtual setting once every other month until it is safe to meet physically at a local Loudoun establishment. Meetings will feature a speaker on a topic of interest for about 30 minutes, encouraging questions and discussion, and then allow for networking to include announcements by jobseekers/employers and startups who want to give their elevator pitch on a new cyber company, idea, or technology. Join this conversation as we discuss the most important issues of the day, as they concern the intersections of technology, government, business, and people.
