Simple Marketing Tips to Increase Visibility [#B2GEDU]

How does your company get noticed?
How do government contractors get noticed by customers at agencies and other companies? Some buy very large branded bags to give out at trade shows while others host webinars and other information exchanges of potential interest to customers. Generally, the goals for marketing  include having current and prospective customers take note of your capabilities and expertise, to purchase from you and to refer you to others with similar needs.

This session will describe reasons and ways to leverage specific social media sites and tools, traditional op-ed opportunities, relationships with industry media and your knowledge (and that of others in your company, all to create awareness and interest in what you are selling by the right types of people, those with budget, need and authority and those that inform and influence them.

As a result of participating in this session, attendees will have a good understanding of how they can leverage social media sites, social media aggregation tools, RSS and other web tools like Google Alerts to create an active and positive image that provides useful information about their company and industry to prospective customers and partners.
