Fire Service PPE and NFPA Standards: What’s the Connection?

This webinar will focus on the fabrics used in firefighter PPE and the standards that govern which fabrics can be used in different end use applications within the Fire Service. We will discuss each of the NFPA standards for structural firefighting, wildland, technical rescue, and station wear, highlighting differences in requirements between standards, why the testing is important, and how that testing translates to end user performance in garment form.
