Like every government agency, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) faced unprecedented challenges in serving citizens during the pandemic. These haven’t lessened as we return to a semblance of normal, and Virginia’s DMV is meeting them with process improvement and tools to better collect and manage data.
