This Red Team workshop will help government contractors with small proposal teams develop quality Federal proposals and increase their overall win rate. 

This interactive workshop will provide attendees an introductory look at Red Team’s proposal development approach to tackling Federal procurements. Attendees will learn how to implement a streamlined, customizable proposal process that will empower them to continually submit winning proposals – even without a dedicated proposal department. Our trainer will guide participants through our methodology and provide real life tools that can be effectively used to create winning proposals.
