Strategic Planning Workshop: How to Plan for Growth in 2022

About the Workshop: 

Every successful federal contractor plans for growth. Whether you are a small company trying to scale quickly, a mid-tier company planning to compete against larger companies, or a large company hoping to enter a new market – companies that plan for the future have a greater chance of success. The process of documenting your corporate growth objectives is a responsibility that should be shared among your entire leadership team so they can embrace the challenge and feel empowered to accomplish the goals that lie ahead.

Red Team has developed a workshop to aid and prepare organizations in their quest for growth. With the new year quickly approaching, it is critical to understand the key elements in growth planning, gather the data needed to substantiate goals and strategies, and learn how to facilitate and lead your own strategic planning session. 

This immersive workshop will use hands-on techniques to guide companies through the process of planning and documenting their corporate growth objectives. The session is designed to first provide you the tools to create a strategic growth plan that aligns with your future pursuits. Equipped with the knowledge, attendees will break into groups to put the materials to practice. Half of this workshop (2-hours) will be dedicated to hands-on group exercises and output discussion. 

❗️The intention of this workshop is for attendees to leave with an actionable takeaway for their end of year offsite planning. Our presenter will provide the steps and insights to create and take the growth plan from an idea to fruition.
