Brian Friel founded BD Squared LLC to fill a gap in the federal market for customized, expert data analysis. The company specializes in tactical intelligence for the federal market. Stephanie Mitchell is a DoD/federal government acquisition veteran. She spent years working on acquisition for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and has won contracts across DoD and the federal government. Mitchell specializes in Scorecard Proposals and Best in Class Vehicle Management. She works one-on-one with companies to match their capabilities and expertise to future opportunities. Mitchell has introduced companies to the DoD market space, taking them from pre-revenue to positive revenue in the government space and zero brand recognition to DoD contracts within six months in most cases.
