Government Contracts: Are They Really That Different from Commercial Contracts?

This event qualifies for * CLE

The National Bar Association Commercial Law Section (NBA-CLS) and Wiley Government Contracts attorneys Kendra Perkins Norwood and Ben Phillips are partnering to host a virtual program that will explore the ways doing business with the federal government can differ from doing business in the commercial marketplace. The discussion will highlight notable differences in government and commercial business practices—from the legal and regulatory compliance frameworks that apply, to the ways contract terms are negotiated, administered, and enforced.

  • This program is provided as a complimentary service to clients and friends of Wiley. CLE credit is available for New York and pending for Virginia. This program is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
  • Questions? Please contact Catalina Mejia at cmejia@wiley.law.
