Contractor Purchasing Systems: Are you Prepared?

We are seeing a growing trend of RFPs being issued with a preference for contractors with an approved purchasing system. This shift has resulted in many requests for us to address trends and issues that we are observing with Contractor Purchasing System Reviews ("CPSRs").
