Carri Miller’s experience includes managing purchasing and subcontract departments in support of federal and state contract awards.  This includes establishing policies and procedures to manage acquisition within small and large businesses. Carri has built multiple procurement systems, supported DCAA voucher audits and DCMA CPSR audits.
