The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) is seeking comments on draft requirements, market research, potential sources, and best practice information for the following:

• Supply of low and medium voltage electricity at a total of 50 delivery points at each installation. Annual electricity consumption is approximately 51,518 MWh in Sigonella, 66,720 MWh in Naples, and 47,985 MWh in Aviano; and
• Supply of Natural gas to Sicily (Sigonella), Campania (Naples & Caserta) and Friuli V.G. (Aviano). The annual natural gas consumption is approximately 1,513,000 standard cubic meters (smc) in Sicily (Sigonella), 3,588,253 smc in Campania (Naples and Caserta), and 3,804,500 smc in Friuli V. G. (Aviano).
