govMeetings: Boards and Commissions: Attendance Tracking



For each board under the Boards tab, there is an Attendance sub-tab that lets you to track meeting attendance. This tab displays meeting information for the selected board. In this tab, you can add meetings, see a list of scheduled and canceled meetings organized by year, and add a board liaison. For each meeting, members can be marked as present or absent (or excused), and attendance is tracked over time by number and percentage of meetings attended. Meeting information is also displayed on your public-facing website when attendance tracking is enabled.
