Creating Positive Change: An Approach to Leadership in Tumultuous Times
Chief Ken Clary (Bellevue, NE Police Department), discusses transitioning into a leadership role within a department recovering from a time of turmoil. He will outline the fundamentals of leadership, action steps, and philosophies that have proven to be effective tools to identify solutions, empower team members, and create positive change from within.
