Corrections Staff Wellness: A Team LIFT Approach

We must acknowledge that staff wellness in Corrections can be one of the heaviest burdens of them all, yet one of the most difficult challenges to overcome.  We also must recognize that heavy burdens only get lighter as we increase the number of hands that are lifting them as a team.
