The Changing Face of Probation: How to Shift into a Trauma-Informed Agency

Community Corrections is tasked with enforcing conditions of supervision and working with individuals to change harmful behaviors. Within that scope, we work with individuals, their families, criminogenic domains, and trauma. Whether you are an Administrator, line staff or rookie, you can play a role in changing the culture of your agency to do trauma-informed and effective work.

  • What does Trauma look like with individuals on supervision services?
  • How does trauma influence criminality vs success?
  • How do you roll out these changes within your own agency?

Criminal Justice and related professionals are welcome to attend the live webinar event at no charge.
