Instructor: Ronald W. Kaese, M.B.A., M.S., M.E. Director, Federal Programs Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) Ron Kaese is the Director, Federal Programs with TEDCO, where he has worked since 2002. Prior to TEDCO, Mr. Kaese worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where he retired after 32 years of government service. Mr. Kaese holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College, a Masters of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
