ATARC Workforce Transformation Breakfast Summit

This event qualifies for 3 CPEs

Modernization is integral in the development of the Federal workforce as organizations fight to keep up with the private sector. Organizations and agencies need to begin to adopt more cutting edge technologies, such as automation of workflow processes, in order to be more forward-thinking and competitive.

In order to fully reach a new potential within our Federal workforce, agencies need to center the implementation process as their goal. This includes training of employees on new tools and processes. Hear from experts across the Federal government who can speak to the challenges and successes of implementing new technologies into the workforce. How does an agency encourage a flexible work schedule while ensuring retention of their employees? What best practices do panelists recommend implementing in order to combat barriers when reskilling their workforce?
