Strategic Planning Workshop: How to Plan for Growth in 2023 & Beyond



Every successful federal contractor plans for growth. Whether you are a small company trying to scale, a mid-tier company planning to compete against much larger companies, or a large company hoping to enter a new market – companies that plan have a much greater chance of success. Red Team has developed a workshop to aid organizations in their quest for growth. With the new year quickly approaching, it is critical to understand the key elements in growth planning: how to identify and gather the data needed to substantiate goals and strategies, how to facilitate and lead your own strategic planning session; how to integrate “strategy” into your current operational cadence. 
 
This immersive workshop will use hands-on techniques to guide companies through the process of exploring, establishing, and executing on corporate growth objectives. The session is designed to first provide attendees the tools and know-how to create a strategic growth plan that aligns with their future pursuits. Equipped with the knowledge, attendees will break into groups to put the materials into practice. This workshop will be dedicated to hands-on group exercises and output discussion.
