WOSB Procurement Opportunity Forum

The Give Me 5 program is partnering with the Department of State’s Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) to host the first-ever Women-Owned Small Business Procurement Opportunity Forum on April 2nd in Washington, D.C.

Give Me 5 is a national program created by American Express OPEN and Women Impacting Public Policy in 2008 to help women business owners get a leg up on selling to the world’s largest customer: the U.S. government.

This event will bring together government and women-owned businesses for a full day program.  Women small business owners will receive training on the program from the SBA and will have the opportunity to intimately meet with five federal agencies that will detail their acquisition strategies and forecasted contract opportunities. The five agencies include the State Department, USAID, Air Force, Department of Homeland Security and Department of the Interior.
