NNSY Fiscal Year 2023 Industry Day

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) invites you to attend our Fiscal Year 2023 Industry Day.

This event will be in-person only. The purpose of this Industry Day is for NNSY to provide the private sector with our forecasted service requirement needs. Industry Day is an in-person only event and registration is required.

NNSY’s Industry Day event will be held over three days during the week of December 12th. The first day will cover discrete shipboard service requirements. The second day will cover all touch labor service requirements. We will close out Industry Day reviewing all non-shipboard discrete service requirements.

There will be an opportunity for contractors to provide questions that will be answered during that session, when possible. All answered and unanswered contractor questions will be documented and answers will be formally emailed to all participants within 45 days of closing Industry Day.

This notice should not be construed as a NNSY commitment or agreement with private industry participating in the Industry Day conference or as a NNSY commitment to issue a future solicitation.

Location, dates and times of the event will be emailed to all registered participants two weeks prior to Industry Day. Hardcopy contractor capability presentations will be accepted at the conference.

You are required to email the following information to the NNSY Primary Point of Contact (POC): Company name, participant names and email and phone contact information for all participants. Due to limited seating, each company is limited to two (2) participants. Registration closes at 5 PM EST on 12/01/2022 (no exceptions).
