DEAFCYBERCON Webinar Series: Barriers to Entry
This is the second in a five part DEAFCYBERCON webinar series designed to increase awareness of the need for diversity and access to careers for deaf women in cybesecurity. Join us for a moderated panel of deaf and hearing women discussing barriers to entry for deaf women in cybersecurity. The wage gap is significantly larger for deaf women and they face additional barriers to finding mentors and interview preparation.
Advanced registration is required. Closed captions and ASL Interpreter will be provided. Participants are asked to complete a brief one question survey before and after the webinar.

Speaker and Presenter Information
This event is hosted by Angela Dingle, Founder of DEAFCYBERCON. She is President and CEO of Ex Nihilo (www.exnihilo-mgmt.com), a management and technology consultancy specializing in governance, cyber security, management consulting, and leadership development. Angela is the Chairman of the Board for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and is a member of the Institute for Management Consultants (IMC USA), ISACA and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, Bowie, MD, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry University, Columbus, OH. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is Certified in the Governance of Information Technology (CGEIT), and is a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.
