Job fairs have been the same for years. Veterans Got Talent takes the traditional job fair to the next level. The day of the event, employers will have booth space to meet candidates as they have in the past.

Once registered for the event, employers will be able to review qualified, pre-screened candidates through their resumes prior to the job fair. What makes this event different is the addition of an innovative assessment tool. This assessment tool is in the form of an oversized board game. This interactive team game will be played throughout the day. Candidates will show employers their communication mastery, leadership skills, and their ability to work on a team. This game allows employers to interactively evaluate candidates as no resume or written assessment can.
