Philip Miller

As Procentrix’ Senior Vice President of Law Enforcement & Judiciary Programs, Phil works with potential clients to understand their needs and new clients to provide historical context, meaningful use cases, and executive insight needed to design and implement modernized solutions that meet agency needs. As a retired SES with over 25 years of experience working in the national security and public safety sector, Phil is expertly skilled in advising technical teams throughout the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the​​ Department of Justice (DOJ), along with ongoing engagements with U.S. Courts and its component organizations.

 

​​​​​​​​Jeffrey Walsh

As Procentrix’ Senior Director of Department of Justice (DOJ) ​​Programs, Jeffrey is  responsible for providing subject matter expertise across US Government pursuits and ensuring Procentrix's DOJ and US Government services allign with and support the Agencies critical functions and missions.​ Jeffrey is a retired SES from the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) with 31+ years of Federal Law Enforcement experiences. A​​s a recognized executive leader in Law Enforcement and Government operations, Jeffery brings a comprehensive understanding of the daily challenges and obstacles faced by people tasked with upholding the rule of law whether that involves enforcement, regulatory oversight, prosecution, intelligence, or judicial review.

 

Michael Gertz

As a Procentrix Technical Director, Mike is responsible for ensuring that Procentrix teams deliver technical services at accounts including Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and US Courts of Appeals. With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, solutions architect, and Technical Project / Program Manager, Mike has an outstanding record of delivering large, complex federal IT projects on time and within budget. Mike builds teams that are recognized for their deep understanding of an organization’s business process and for leveraging that understanding into delivery of high-quality products.

 

Oki Mek

Oki Mek recently joined Microsoft as Chief Information Security Officer for Federal Civilian sector. His civil servant career spans nearly 20 years inside the federal government. Oki is also a veteran of the Army. Oki previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Equideum Health. In his U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) roles, he served as the first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), Acting Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Office of the Secretary, Senior Advisor to the HHS CIO, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Senior Information Security Manager.
