My name is Luis Majano and I am a computer engineer residing in Houston, Texas. I was born in San Salvador, El Salvador and I am the president of Ortus Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in web/mobile development, architecture, and professional open source support and services.

My background includes over 16 years of software development experience, architecture and system design. I am the creator of the ColdBox Platform (www .coldbox.org), an open source Object Oriented ColdFusion MVC Framework, ContentBox Modular CMS, an open source enterprise and modular content management system, and an Adobe Community Professional.
